1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ScaleFunnel's services at scalefunnel.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

ScaleFunnel provides the following services:

  • The Clarity Sprint (₹299): A 45-minute 1:1 career strategy session delivered via Google Meet. You receive a written 30-day action plan for your exact situation — college, skills, and deadline — within 24 hours of the session.
  • Internship Accelerator (₹499): A 12-week intensive mentorship program to help you land your first or next internship. Includes weekly 1:1 calls, WhatsApp accountability, and written task lists. Limited to 8 students per month.
  • Placement Architect (₹699): A 6-month placement preparation program for final-year students. Includes bi-weekly 1:1 sessions, portfolio review, company-specific strategy, mock interviews, and WhatsApp priority access. Limited to 5 students per cohort.
  • Product Development (Custom pricing, from ₹15,000): Full-stack web and mobile application development using Next.js, React, Node.js, and React Native. Scope and pricing agreed before work begins.

All mentorship services are delivered digitally via Google Meet, WhatsApp, and email unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: All mentorship programs can be purchased directly through the website using the Razorpay payment flow. After payment, onboarding instructions and scheduling information are provided via email or WhatsApp.

Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your spot. For all the mentorship programs, payment is processed at checkout. Program enrolments are confirmed immediately after successful payment. For Product Development, a project agreement and payment schedule are agreed in advance.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of your booking is the price you pay.

Payment Methods: We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.

4. Scheduling and Session Delivery

Clarity Sprint: After payment, you will receive a Cal.com booking link to schedule your 45-minute session. Sessions must be booked within 30 days of payment.

Internship Accelerator & Placement Architect: Onboarding is initiated within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are scheduled in advance via Cal.com. WhatsApp check-ins occur between sessions as part of the accountability structure.

Product Development: Timeline and milestones are defined in the project agreement. Standard projects: 2–6 weeks. Complex projects: custom timeline agreed upfront.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

By You: You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Requests made less than 24 hours before a session will be treated as a no-show unless an emergency is communicated in advance.

By Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified at least 12 hours in advance and offered alternative times or, if we cancelled before the service began, a full refund.

No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered delivered and is non-recoverable. We may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at our discretion.

6. Results Guarantee

ScaleFunnel does not offer cash refunds once a program has started. Instead, every program carries a specific results guarantee — if you do the work and the result is not there, we extend the program at no additional cost until it is. Please refer to our Results Guarantee page for full details. In summary:

  • Clarity Sprint: If you attend and do not leave with a clear written plan, we schedule a second session at no charge
  • Internship Accelerator: Complete every task, no internship offer in 60 days — we extend free until you get one
  • Placement Architect: Complete the program, no offer by end of placement season — we continue into the next cohort at no charge
  • Product Development: Milestone-based; unused milestone payments returned if work for that milestone has not yet started
  • If we cancel before a service begins: Full refund issued within 5–7 business days — this is the only cash refund scenario

7. Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Your Content: You retain all rights to any materials you share — resume, portfolio, project ideas, code. We will not use or disclose them without your explicit consent.

Session Deliverables: Roadmaps, gap reports, task lists, and written notes provided to you are for your personal career development only. You may not resell or redistribute them.

Product Development: You receive full ownership of the final codebase and deliverables upon project completion and full payment. Work-in-progress remains our property until that point.

Our Frameworks: Methodologies, templates, and systems used during mentorship remain our intellectual property. The knowledge and strategies you learn may be applied freely to your career.

8. Confidentiality

All client information — career goals, personal circumstances, project details — is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. We may share anonymised success stories for marketing purposes only with your explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided for educational and professional development purposes. While we are committed to delivering measurable outcomes:

  • We do not guarantee specific results — internship offers, job placements, salary levels, or interview outcomes depend on factors outside our control
  • We are not liable for third-party decisions made by recruiters, companies, or platforms
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

10. Student Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when applying and during the program
  • Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared
  • Complete assigned tasks between sessions in good faith
  • Communicate proactively if you are facing difficulties
  • Not record sessions without prior written consent
  • Not share session recordings, notes, or materials with third parties
  • Treat interactions with professionalism and mutual respect

11. Testimonials and Reviews

By voluntarily providing a testimonial, review, or success story, you grant us permission to use it for marketing purposes — on the website, LinkedIn, or other channels — using your first name and program name unless you request otherwise in writing.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through direct communication in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
