Results Guarantee

Our Philosophy

ScaleFunnel's reputation is built on student outcomes. A cash refund ends the relationship — a free extension keeps us accountable to the result we promised. We believe the second option is better for you and better for us. Every guarantee below reflects that.

1. The Clarity Sprint — ₹299

Clarity Guarantee: If you attend the session and do not leave with a clear, written 30-day action plan — we schedule a second session at no charge to complete the work. No cash refund is offered, but we do not consider the job done until you have the plan in hand.

Conditions:

• You must have attended the full scheduled session
• Claim must be made within 48 hours of the session ending
• No-shows and cancellations under 24 hours' notice are not eligible
• One guarantee session per customer for this service

No cash refunds are offered for the Clarity Sprint.

2. Internship Accelerator — ₹499

First Internship Guarantee: If you complete every assigned task, attend every session, and have not received an internship offer within 60 days of starting — we extend the program at no additional cost and keep working with you until you do.

What counts as completing every assigned task:

• Attended all scheduled weekly sessions (or rescheduled with 24hr notice)
• Completed all written task lists sent after each session
• Applied to internships as directed in the strategy plan
• Responded to WhatsApp accountability check-ins within 24 hours

No cash refunds are offered after the first session has taken place. If you wish to cancel before your first session starts, contact us — cancellations before session 1 are handled case by case.

3. Placement Architect — ₹699

Placement Guarantee: If you complete the program, do the work, and have not received at least one job offer by the end of your placement season — we continue supporting you into the next cohort at no additional charge.

Completion criteria (same as Internship Accelerator):

• Attended all bi-weekly sessions (or rescheduled with 24hr notice)
• Completed all task lists and portfolio work assigned
• Applied to companies as directed in the placement strategy
• Responded to WhatsApp check-ins within 24 hours

No cash refunds are offered after the first session has taken place.

4. Product Development — Custom Pricing

Product development projects follow a milestone-based structure agreed in the project proposal before work begins. Milestones are signed off at each stage before proceeding to the next.

• Before Work Begins: Full refund of any advance payment if you cancel before work starts, minus Razorpay processing fees (~2–3%)
• During Development: Unused milestone payments refunded per the agreed project schedule if work for that milestone has not yet started
• After Delivery: No refunds once final deliverables are handed over and signed off. A 30-day bug-fix warranty is included as specified in the project agreement.

Note: All work-in-progress code, designs, and assets remain our property until the project is completed and paid in full.

5. Cancellations

ScaleFunnel does not offer cash refunds once a program has started. If you need to pause or exit a program, reach out directly and we will discuss options — including holding your spot for a future cohort.

• Clarity Sprint: Cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a free reschedule. No-shows are non-recoverable.
• Internship Accelerator / Placement Architect: Contact us before your first session if you need to cancel — handled case by case. No recoveries after session 1.
• Product Development: Per the project agreement.

6. If We Cancel

If ScaleFunnel needs to cancel a service before it begins due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days, or the option to reschedule at your preferred time — whichever you choose. This is the only situation where a cash refund is issued.

7. When the Guarantee Does Not Apply

The extension guarantee does not apply in these cases:

• You missed sessions without rescheduling in advance
• You did not complete assigned tasks between sessions
• You did not respond to WhatsApp check-ins consistently
• You did not apply to internships or companies as directed
• You violated the Student Conduct section of our Terms of Service
• The claim is made outside the specified guarantee window

The guarantee is built on mutual commitment. We hold up our end — we ask you to hold up yours.
