• Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. Razorpay's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on site, device type, browser, and IP address — collected via standard web analytics
• Communications: Content of WhatsApp messages, emails, or contact form submissions you send us

3. How We Use Your Information

• Review your onboarding information and prepare personalized mentorship recommendations, action plans, and career guidance.
• Deliver the mentorship program or service you have enrolled in
• Process payments and issue transaction confirmations
• Schedule and manage sessions via Cal.com booking links
• Send session reminders, task lists, and program updates via WhatsApp or email
• Improve the website, content, and service quality
• Comply with applicable legal and financial obligations

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share your data only in the following limited cases:

• Cal.com — for session scheduling and calendar management. Used for Clarity Sprint and program application calls.
• Google Forms — for onboarding forms, booking forms, and mentorship-related information collection.
• Resend / Email providers — for transactional email delivery (payment confirmations, session reminders)
• Legal Requirements — when required by law, court order, or government authority

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI DSS-compliant gateways. Session communications via WhatsApp and Google Meet are encrypted by their respective platforms. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
